Due to the wonderful placement on a hill top 150 m above lake Constance you can enjoy a quasi 360 degree view on lake, mountains, meadows, forest and the village.
The appartment offers you on about 30sqm sufficiant space for a sleeping room with queen size double bed (160cm x 200cm), Shower with toilett, your privat infrared Sauna, Sat-TV, CD-player and a fully furnished modern kitchen with eating place for 2. There is also access to a washing machine with dryer on request.
The appartment itself overlooks large green meadows, the Laiblach valley, and the village of Hohenweiler. A large secluded terrace of almost 30 sqm with a small garden with marvellous sunset views invites you for relaxation. We invite you to also use our natural swimming pond, the large outside fireplace and the Finnish outside sauna.
Not only summer is beautiful but spring automn and winter are as wonderful and charming.

By car A96 from Munich till exit 3 Sigmarzell. 4km on B308 direction Sigmarszell/Scheidegg then right turn in to L1 passing the village Hohenweiler till the turn of the L9 to Möggers. After 1 km bus stop on the left just before the village exit sign "Hohenweiler". Turn left a small raod going steep down, after 30m tunr left at a barn into non-paved road.

60 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price,
10 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
If canceled after arrival only unused additional costs will be refunded
