We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance and ask for a deposit of €180.00 when making a reservation. Once we receive your deposit, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining payment is to be made in cash upon arrival at our property or by bank transfer before the start of your trip.
Cancellation of the accommodation contract:
The contract can be terminated for materially justified reasons by unilateral declaration no later than 3 months before the day of arrival.

up to 10 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price

wir waren noch nie in Tirol und unser Kurzurlaub bei Ihnen war wunderschön. Danke für Ihre Hilfe, Ihre Tipps und Ratschläge. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und sehr sauber. Wir wünschen Ihnen immer gute Gäste und werden sicher wiederkommen. Auch für nicht so gute Wanderer (Fussproblem) gibt es viele nette Spaziergänge rund um Höfen.

liebe Gastgeber, wir haben uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung so wohl gefühlt. Es hat eine gemütlichkeit und die Wohnung war super sauber. Wunderschön die grosse Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die Berge und den guten Liegestühlen. Einafch entspannen nach der Wanderung.
Eure Gegend ist nicht dem Massentourismus ausgesetzt, es hat noch sehr ruhige Ecken. Danke für die vielen tollen Tipps - man kommt sonst nicht dahin. Eine sehr gute Begrüssungsmappe mit vielen Fotos und Anregungen hat uns dabei unterstützt. Wir werden diese nochmals umsezten. Es gibt noch viel zu sehen
