Upon entering the modernly furnished holiday home, you are greeted by a hallway with a coat rack and mirror. From the hallway, you have access to a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, and a utility cupboard, as well as the living room and dining kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor. The entire ground floor is tiled. As you enter the house, you will feel right at home.
A storage room is also part of the property, as is a covered seating area that is also suitable for storing your (rented) bicycles. The large, enclosed garden ensures absolute privacy. On the terrace, there is a 7-piece garden furniture set for six people. The holiday home is fully equipped with all the items of daily use.
Pets are not allowed. Parking available directly at the property. Note: Prices for 2025 are not yet determined, please inquire.

Tennis court with two playing fields, large children's playground, bistro, grocery store are within walking distance in the main park. Farm De Mekkerstee, Segway Ouddorp, Railway Museum, Grevelingen Information Centre, De Flipjes Playground, Visitor Centre The Blue House.
In the well-maintained Grevelingen section of Noordzeepark Ouddorp, you'll spend relaxing days. This is the starting point for the very well signposted (mostly paved) cycling and hiking trails. On the beach, several pavilions take care of your physical well-being. Here you can enjoy the sunset in relaxation. In the park, the supermarket offers good shopping opportunities for daily necessities. Larger grocery stores (AH, Jumbo) are located in the village.

Section 9 Cancellation Policy
(1) The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the
rental period has already begun.
(2) The tenant may nominate an equivalent substitute tenant to FHSV Motzka. If FHSV Motzka finds a substitute tenant, the rental price will be refunded minus any advertising costs and last-minute discounts.
For this reason, taking out travel health insurance (including COVID-19 coverage) is expressly recommended. We are happy to assist with this.
