Coming from the A9 (Phyrnautobahn), take the Friesach exit, go straight over the roundabout to the right, after about 1 km turn left towards Semriach. After about 9 km you will reach the town center of Semriach. From Semriach to Zehenthof it's about 3 km, at each intersection there are signs pointing to "Zehenthof".

Cancellation Policy
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead we refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006
- No cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival
- 40% of the room price for cancellation up to one month before arrival
- 70% of the room price for cancellation up to one week before arrival
- 90% of the room price for later cancellation or in case of no-show
- In case of early departure, we charge 100%
