The living area is divided into a dining area with oven, as well as a reading area with two armchairs. Separated by a double door, you can relax and watch TV or listen to music on the radio, CD or your favourite records on our record player on the couch with real wood floors.

The little villa is located between Schleswig, Kappeln and Eckernförde, near the Schlei.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde or in Damp, about 10 km away, you'll find wide sandy beaches, so near the manors of Ludwigsburg, Karlsminde, etc.
A7 to Rendsburger Hochbrücke, then twoard Eckernförde, further toward Riseby, then to Zimmert, the kleinevilla is signposted from the entrance to Zimmert.

Cancellation provisions
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. Should you withdraw from the rental agreement without having found someone else to rent the property during this period, you will have to pay for the economic damage. Expenses saved will be deducted, and the cancellation fee is calculated proportionally and as follows if no other tenant can be found for this period:
Cancellation
- up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 90% of the rental price
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.
The dogs have a spot in the tiled area of the house, in the large kitchen and hallway.
