Holiday destination
The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Baltic Sea resort of Hohwacht, about 500 m from the sandy beach.
The bay is characterised by an often low water depth of up to 50 m (knee-high water, even for children). There is a sailing and surfing school, diving school, children's playground, mini golf, bike rental, snack bars, restaurants.
In Neu-Hohwacht there are two dog beaches, an adventure playground for older children and an EDEKA market.
Good for bike tours.
Getting there
Exit the A1 motorway at the Neustadt/Lensahn or Oldenburg exit, follow signs for Kaköhl and Lütjenburg, turn off the B 202 to Kaköhl, then follow the signs for Hohwacht. In Hohwacht follow Strandstraße straight until Alt-Hohwacht, turn right onto Eckrehm.

Wir (2 Haustiere, Teenie und ich) haben spontan eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und alles sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist super nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. So, wie man sich das wünscht. In die Wohnung, der tollen Aussicht und Ruhe haben wir uns sofort verliebt. Da wir im Oktober da waren, auch wenn der gar nicht so kalt war, haben wir natürlich die neue Sauna(60°C) und den Kamin genutzt. Herrlich! In der Küche macht es richtig Spaß zu kochen, mit der Aussicht und der sehr großen Arbeitsfläche(gleichzeitig Esstisch). Wie andere Rezensenten schon schrieben, ist alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, vor allem der Strand und der Wald( nur 5 Min.). Edeka ca. 1,2km entfernt hat 24 Stunden auf, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man an einem Sonntag anreist.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
