Holiday destination
Our house is situated on a hill, in the heart of the climatic health resort Mariapfarr in the Biosphere Park Lungau, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Mariapfarr.
It's a 5 km drive to the nearest ski areas Fanningberg or Großeck-Speiereck. The well-known ski resorts Obertauern and Katschberg can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
The panoramic cross-country ski trail passes close to the house. For relaxation and unwinding, the Vital and Wellness Center "Samsunn" offers recovery and relaxation.
Getting there
Take the A10 Tauernautobahn towards Villach, exit the motorway at the St. Michael im Lungau junction towards Tamsweg – St. Michael, follow the road towards Mauterndorf – Mariapfarr. At the Mariapfarr – Tamsweg intersection, turn left towards Mariapfarr, follow the road. After about 1 km, you will reach the town of Mariapfarr. Continue until you see the "Cafe Bistro Prosecco" on the left side. There, turn left onto a slightly ascending road. Follow the road for about 100 m, then turn left onto Obere Pfarrertal-Straße -> second house on the left side, house number: 210.
