Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the rental period begins. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:
Withdrawal up to 45 days before the rental period begins 10% of the rental price
Withdrawal 44 days to 33 days before the rental period begins 30% of the rental price
Withdrawal 32 days to 22 days before the rental period begins 60% of the rental price
Withdrawal 21 days to 12 days before the rental period begins 80% of the rental price
Withdrawal 11 days before the rental period begins until the rental period begins 90% of the rental price
The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the apartment in full.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
Time to relax on the beach. Time to dream in the sun. Time for "letting your soul dangle". Visitors to Nieuwvliet-Bad should bring this time with them. Nieuwvleit-Bad provides the space for it.
Wide and long sandy beaches. Ideally suited for families with small children. Or for extensive beach walks for two. Well-signposted bike routes, through playful and dreamy villages and historic Hanseatic towns. The base for this is provided by our holiday home "Karin".
Getting there
Traveling from Antwerp.
Take the Antwerp ring road towards Bruges/Ghent, go through the Kennedy Tunnel and then take the second exit towards Rotterdam. Then follow the N49 until the Maldegem exit. Afterwards, head towards Aardenburg - Oostburg - Cadzand - Nieuwlied.

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus Karin verbracht. Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Haus vor und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Uns hat besonders der Wintergarten gefallen und die Nähe zum Strand. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund super.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Karin ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Sauberkeit 1A.
