Holiday destination
The Atlantic Ocean is just 1500 metres away. This beach section Fonte as Xica is very popular among the Portuguese. A small railway connects the village of Costa Caparica in summer with many parts of the beach. From Lisbon's airport, the holiday home can be reached in about 30 minutes. The supermarket (300 m) with bakery is daily open from 8 - 21. There's a deli counter for fish, a butcher, bakery, café and kiosk. The bus station is just 300 m away. To the Fonte Xica beach is only 3 stops.
Getting there
The best way to reach the house is to rent a car at the Lisbon's airport.

Ein perfekt eingerichtetes Haus im typisch portugiesischen Stil das keine Wünsche offenlässt, ankommen und sich sofort wohlfühlen. Der Garten ist sehr grün und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Familie Weitzmann ist sehr herzlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Dieses Haus können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen ! Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben, nur in der Wirklichkeit noch schöner!!! Wir haben mit 3 Kindern in diesem Haus den Urlaub verbracht und uns hat es wirklich super gefallen. Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet, top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr ruhig und der Strand ist in paar Autominuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele verschiedene traumhaft schöne Strände, welche wir mit dem Mietauto erkunden konnten. Es stehen Spiele (inkl. Strandspielzeug für die ganz Kleinen, sowie Bälle, Bodyboard) und Bücher zur Verfügung und auch ein Ordner mit vielen nützlichen lokalen Infos. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und hoffen wieder zu kommen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!
