Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
up to 42 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price as a processing fee
41 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
9 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This person must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. They will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the next working day applies).
In case of early termination of the rental, the entire rental price remains due.
Only one pet is allowed.

Holiday destination
Makkum is a small town in Friesland/Netherlands, dreamy on one side and very lively on the other, with about 4,000 inhabitants.
The large beach is ideal for children as the shore is very shallow. This also means that even a few days of sunshine can lead to pleasant water temperatures.
Trips to Amsterdam or the Frisian Islands complete the many possibilities.
Getting there
Easily accessible by car. Arrival by train or public transport is rather difficult.
By car:
From the direction of Arnhem/Apeldoorn (Ruhr area, Southern Germany)
Follow the A50 towards Apeldoorn and then the N50 towards Kampen/Emmeloord. From Emmeloord take the A6 towards Joure and then the A7 towards Sneek, continue towards Bolsward and towards Amsterdam.
From the direction of Groningen (Northern Germany)
Follow the A7 towards Drachten/Heerenveen, then towards Joure, continue towards Sneek and onwards to Bolsward and towards Amsterdam.
Then, just before the Afsluitdijk, take exit 16 Witmarsum/Makkum and follow the signs to Makkum. In Makkum, follow the signs for 'Beach Resort Makkum'.

Schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Die Umgebung war wegen Nebensaison noch sehr ruhig. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt.

Dankeschön für das super gemütliche Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Wassersport, Spiel und Spaß gibt es gleich gegenüber vom Haus alles was das Herz begehrt zum ausleihen. Für Familien ist diese Unterkunft ideal.
