Villa Vernier was built in year 2012 on the edge of the village and surrounded by nature.
The villa is located on its own piece of land of 2000 m² and is furnished with new, modern and high quality furniture on two floors.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed for two persons and an exit to terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, each room with its own bathroom and a common terrace with a view at the pool and green hills.
The house has a large pool of 40 m² with deck chairs and umbrellas inviting to linger and realx, outdoor fireplace for barbecues in the evening and private parking (for 3 cars).

Kringa is a small village iin inland Istria only 3 km away from the town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham and only 17 km away from Porec and the nearest beaches such as Zelena and Plava Laguna.
Typical Istrian towns located on hills, as Tinjan and Kringa inspire through their narrow cobblestone streets and stone buildings, but also with wonderful viewpoints. Tours of these towns are best seasoned by tasting specialities from authentic taverns and wine-cellars located along the way.

cancellation policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
