Holiday destination
The location of the villa is just perfect. In a quiet location overlooking the sea and the Brijuni National Park. Just 400 meters from the beach and just a short walk from the city center. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. Fažana is a pearl on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria. With the sound of heartbeats in the nest of stone it is proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where already with the first handshake each guest becomes a neighbour and friend, part of a large family! Fazana, the location in the vicinity of classical Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands city - the national park with the attributes of "Heaven on Earth" - with its beaches, pine forests, promenades, restaurants along the sea is the perfect place for rest and Recreation.
Getting there
The check in is from 16:00 h The check out is till 10:00 h A deposit of 500 € is payable on arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure if there has arisen no damage to the property.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und es fehlt einem an wirklich nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Empfang hat er uns zwei wahnsinnig schön hergerichtete und sehr üpig belegte Wurst- und Käseplatten in den Kühlschrank gestellt samt Getränken für Alle. Wir haben mit 7 Personen fast die ganze Woche davon gegessen. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und vor allem wirklich überall sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts( genügend Geschirr ,Töpfe,Pfannen,Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle,neue Seifen an jedem Waschbecken... für uns das absolute Highlight waren der Megaschöne und gepflegte Pool samt der Ausenküche,Grill und tolle Sitzgelegenheit! Auf einer Skala von 1- 10 vergeben wir eine 12;-) vielen Dank! Absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (Jungs 10, 13, 14) und Oma/Opa bei Ivan zu Gast. Die Villa hat einen großen, schönen Pool mit einer tollen Außenküche, ist supersauber, perfekt ausgestattet, vollklimatisiert... Der Ortskern von Fazana ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier findet man Restaurants, Bars usw. Die Kinder konnten im Ort mit anderen Kindern Fußballspielen (direkt im Ortskern hinter der Schule) und im Haus Kickern, Tischtennis oder Billard spielen. Im Haus stehen top gepflegte sehr gute Fahrräder z.B. für eine Fahrt nach Pula. Viele interessante Orte sind mit dem Auto in weniger als einer Stunde zu erreichen. Tipp: Frühzeitig schauen, ob in der Arena in Pula vielleicht ein interessantes Konzert stattfindet! Ivan und sein Vater sind tolle Gastgeber! Wir können Ferien bei Ihnen nur Weiterempfehlen!
