It has a very nice kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, deep freeze, coffee machine, toaster, etc. ) , Bathroom with shower and WC. hair dryer. In the bedroom there is a queen size double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room, a sofa which can also be opened up into a queen size double bed , an armchair, SAT TV, bookcase and a romantic oven (additionally to the central heating) which can be heated with wood. Near the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs. In the hall a wardrobe with a safe deposit box for your valuables. All 3 apartments have in common a washing room downstairs with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The apartment is at most 15 minutes walking distance from the historical center. 2 to 10 minutes walking distance there are several restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. To the bus number 27, which takes you to the center, to the train station and to the airport you walk 3-4 minutes.

In Salzburg you have the possibility to go to many concerts, operas, theaters, museums. There is Mozart's birthplace and the house where he lived, the fortress Hohensalzburg, the palace of Helbrunn, Mirabell Palace. You can take the cable car up the Untersberg where you can hike during the summer and ski in the winter.
Close to the apartment you will find several restaurants, the next one 2-3 walking minutes away. There is also a good bakery about 5 walking minutes and a supermarket about 10 walking minutes away. To the next bus stop you walk 3-4 minutes.From there bus number 27 takes you to the center, the train station and the airport.
Salzburg's particular blend of sophistication, charm and elegance is best experienced by simply wandering the city environs, preferably without a map. A perfectly preserved Baroque city, with a vibrant Old Town, there are enough Alpen peak indicators, church towers and friendly (multi-lingual) townspeople to prevent any prolonged loss of way.
Steps from the city's spacious squares and garden parks are numerous entryways to the historic Old Town - a truly genuine ambience brimming with cobblestone alleys, medieval signs and tempting fragrances. Tiny shops abound, selling the most tantalizing sweets, as well as antiques, crafts and fashions.
The name Mozart is, of course, synonymous with Salzburg. His birthplace is today a virtual museum exhibiting details of his life, music and operatic productions. He personally did not thrive in Salzburg, thanks in part to the presiding Archbishop that kept the city and the monetary rewards of its salt mines under tight control.
But music will prevail: an available guest room is rare during the Mozart Week in January or during the world renowned Salzburg Festival, held every summer in July and August. During the remaining months the various churches, palaces, parks, theatres and Mozarteum Concert Hall saturate the air with music - heard as one wanders Salzburg's enchanting alleys and squares.

EXIT Salzburg Airport, go ahead to the first traffic light, then turn left to the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. At the end of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse turn right to Maxglaner Hauptstrasse.
After having passed a small bridge, turn immediately left to Straubingerstrasse. At the end of Straubingerstrasse turn left to Ganshofstrasse. It's the second house on the left side, a light green house.
