The house is located in a small village, Musalez, which is 5 km away from Porec and the first beaches. It's a romantic place characterized by forests, vineyards, olive groves, and the typical Istrian architecture of the houses.
The surroundings offer an attractive range of activities for families; cycling, hiking, diving, adventure water parks, various beaches. Typical Istrian restaurants (Konoba) are located in the immediate vicinity.
Getting there
Enter Musalez and in the middle of the village, you'll find a bus stop. At this stop, you can only go left or right...
Turn right and follow the road downhill until you reach a 90° right turn. From the curve, drive about 200 meters and at the end of the road, you can only go up to the right or down to the left -- go left downhill and after 15 meters, turn right directly and then you are already
in front of Villa Marie...

Bei einem Aufenthalt in der Villa Marie bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Von der Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, über die Ausstattung der beiden Häuser bis zur Gestaltung des Außenbereichs (Sonnen- und Schattenbereiche, großer Pool, Poolfür Kleinkinder) muss man einfach 5 von 5 Punkte vergeben. Zudem punktet die Ortsrandlage der Villa mit absoluter Ruhe.
Hinzu kommt ein Gastgeber, der stets für Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung steht und innerhalb von kürzester Zeit antwortet. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man sehr sehenswerte Städte wie Porec, Rovinj und Vrsar und auch nach Pula ist es nicht weit.
Wir werden im kommenden Jahr wieder kommen!

Wir waren zu 9 Personen (6 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) für knapp 14 Tage in der Villa Marie. Beide Häuser sind super ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns alle pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor Buchung und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr sehr freundlich. Bei jeglichen Fragen bekam man unmittelbar Antwort.
Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da und können die Villa Marie so wie die Vermieter von Herzen weiter empfehlen.
