Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your trip, you need to send a written notification.
If you cancel your stay at the apartment up to 30 days prior to arrival, you'll be charged a cancellation fee of 25,-- EUR.
If you cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival, we'll charge 50% of the full amount. The final cleaning rate will be deducted.
After that, we'll charge the full amount. The final cleaning rate will be deducted.
The cancellation fee will be applied to the deposit.
The renter has the right to present a substitute renter, who will take over the entire booking.
In that case, we may charge a handling fee of 50,-- EUR.
And there's no cancellation fee.

Other recreational opportunities

Holiday destination
Our holiday apartment is located in the UNESCO Geo Nature Park Bergstraße-Odenwald. It is ideal for walks, hikes or mountain bike tours, which start right on your doorstep, -see Google maps-.
Along the forest trails you'll come upon plenty of restaurants/taverns.
The summer toboggan run, ropes course and the Felsenmeer (Sea of Rocks) are 15 min. away.
The same goes for the large leisure pool with thermal bath and sauna facilities. Some of amusement parks can easily be reached from the Drachenhaus.
It'll only take you 5 min. to get to the handcar rental place and indoor playground.
Getting there
By car: Coming from the A5 to Weinheimer Kreuz on the B38 toward Fürth im Odenwald. Through the Saukopf tunnel and Mörlenbach, continuing on the B38 to Rimbach. In Rimbach, turn right just before the pedestraian light onto Rathausstraße. Turn right at the end of the street. Then continue toward Fuhrshöfe until approx. 20 metres before the place-name sign. On the left side. You have reached your destination...
By train: Change trains in Weinheim to the regional train to Fürth im Odenwald. Alight at Rimbach train station. Your holiday apartment is 1.5 km away from the train station.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, alles reichlich vorhanden und mit viel Gefühl und Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Hunde waren glücklich und wir Menschen haben die Wohlfühl Oase sehr genossen. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Einfach nur wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Danke an Familie Paech als perfekte Gastgeber

Die Wohnung der Familie Paech lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette Gastgeber haben eine Wohlfühloase für Mensch und Hund geschaffen. Von ausreichend vorhandenen Handtüchern im Bad, einer gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zur Lage der Ferienwohmung am Ortsausgang, hier kann man gleich in den Urlaub eintauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
