The property consists of 2 buildings with a total of 3 residential units (about 300 m²) + for groups who rent the whole property, with additional large common area with kitchen, dining table, sofa in the EC
In the main building the housing units Rosmarino + Ginestra and the large meeting room, in the annex is the apartment Fienile
The very spacious outdoor area with a beautiful view offers plenty of space. Also, a swing, sandbox, table tennis, archery, some mountain bikes and children's games (such as Lego) are at guests' disposal.
The private pool is 12 x 6 m in size and offers a welcome refreshment during the summer months
A covered barbecue area completes the whole. Wi-fi available.
