If the tenant cancels the lease agreement, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: the full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 meters on the left is Park Strandslag.

Schlüsselübergabe durch nettes Personal schnell und ohne Probleme. Im Haus alles sauber. Leider war das eine Schlafzimmer total verraucht, auch leider alles an Bettauflagen. Als Nichtraucher nicht gerade ein schöner Geruch. Wir haben die ersten Nächte im Kinderzimmer geschlafen. Leider war kein Grill zu finden, obwohl in der Ausstattung aufgeführt. Vielleicht sollte man auch mal darüber nachdenken eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder zu schaffen. Frische Brötchen konnten über den Zeitraum bestellt werden aber zum Einkaufen musste man ca. 4 km (eine Tour) fahren. Leider war das Wetter recht wechselhaft und somit konnten wir den Außenbereich wenig nutzen, da eine ausreichende Überdachung fehlte. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung

Mein Partner und ich waren vergangenes Jahr 2 Wochen im Haus und es hat uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir für dieses Jahr wieder 2 Wochen Urlaub gebucht haben. Das Haus ist sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen schönen holländischen Flair. Wir haben uns einen Grill mitgebracht und konnten so die schönen Sommertagen abends ausklingen lassen. Der Park bietet sehr viel an Aktivitäten. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt super.
