Our chalet has been lovingly renovated and optimized for the accommodation of up to 3 guests starting in 2021.
The living space is very spacious and furnished with a cozy corner sofa. There is also a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, a television, and a stereo system.
The large, open kitchen is well-equipped and comes with an electrically ignited gas stove (4 burners).
There is a Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, and a microwave.
The bedroom features a double bed 160 x 200 cm (2 mattresses), and the children's room has a single bed 80 x 190 cm.

The animation team at Julianahoeve has its own sports animators who love to play football, tennis, or volleyball with everyone. In the event of a cancellation of a booking, cancellation fees of 80.00 euros are always payable.
In the event of a cancellation:
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 30%
- from 30 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period 40%
- from 14 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period 50%
- from 7 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the agreed rental costs confirmed in writing in the rental contract must be paid.
If the property is only partially re-rented during the time you have cancelled, this will be taken into account when calculating the shortfall to be paid. If the property can be re-rented for the entire period, only the processing fees of 80.00 euros for the additional effort incurred will be charged. These costs are incurred for each cancellation. Any difference between the new rental (last-minute price) and your rental price will also be taken into account. To avoid possible loss payments, we recommend that you take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance. If you let the 4-week deadline (payment target before the start of the trip) pass without informing us, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract we have concluded with you. We will offer new interested parties the opportunity to reserve your booked period. We reserve the right to claim damages from you in such a case. The cancellation will be made in the form of a registered letter.

'Julianahoeve' erhebt noch zusätzlich Campingplatzgebühren / Übernachtungskosten
in Höhe von 4,50 Euro pro Person, pro Nacht (über 2 Jahre).
Dieser Betrag umfasst die Kosten für die Nutzung des Schwimmbades, der anderen Einrichtungen
und eines schön versorgten Campingplatzes.
Die Touristensteuer wird seit 2021 von uns an die Gemeinde abgeführt.
In der Campinganlage sind leider keine Haustiere erlaubt.
