Cancellation policy
In case of rescission, the landlord may demand compensation from the customer for any measures and expenses incurred. The amount of this compensation claim is determined by the proximity of the date of withdrawal to the agreed arrival date; The date of receipt of the

- 50% of the agreed rent from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival day;
- 60% of the agreed rent from the 14th to the 7th day before the arrival day;

A cancellation is not possible after arrival. In the case of a non-arrival or early departure, the payment claim will remain in full, less a lump sum for saved expenses of 10% of the rent.

Holiday destination
Location directly on the beach promenade of Binz in an old restored beach villa, which was re-opened in 1998. Elevator is available.
The pier and the town center with all restaurants are reachable within 500 meters. Shops and restaurants also in the immediate vicinity of the beach villa.
The flair of Binz you can experience here, and everything is within walking distance.
Underground garage and bicycle cellar at the house available, as well as reception (except in winter months occupied daily).
Getting there
The railway station Binz on Rügen has IC connection of the train, also by bus and car over the new Rügen bridge without ferry easily accessible.

Die Ferienwohnung App. Seeblick in der Villa Seestern ließ keine Wünsche übrig und man fühlte sich dort sofort wohl. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Strand und Meer war wunderschön.
Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.
Zu erwähnen ist aber, dass zwischen Aufzug und Etage der Wohnungen ca. neun Treppenstufen liegen.

Ich war angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer ...... super. Ich werde wieder kommen.
