The house was completely renovated last year (2015/2016) and has a completely new interior. Nice feature on Hus Onno is that this is a detached building is (20 m from the road).

Other recreational opportunities
A nice alternative to the beach is a bicycle ride or walk in the dunes of 'Greune-Stee ", in the nearby nature reserve. In any case you should visit during your stay the Ostland area. The Ostland-beach or "Hooge Hörn" very worthwhile. Afterwards there is something delicious at Café Ostland (www.cafe-ostland.de) !!
Getting there
On arrival by car you reserve please immediately a parking space on the ship. The crossing via Emden (approximately two hours) or alternatively via the Netherlands (ca 50 min) Eemshaven done. Welch ein Empfang mit Blumenstrauss und Obstteller. Was für ein sonniges und liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit ansprechendem Garten, geräumiger Terrasse und PKW-Stellplatz! Wir sind als 2-Generationen Familie Ü65 + Ü85 in das Hus Onno gereist, weil die Eltern nur noch Kurzstrecken zu Fuss bewältigen können. Das war einen gute Entscheidung: Südstrand, Restaurant und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und konnte sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen. Kein Stau in Bädern oder WC. 2 Sofas/1 Sessel im Wohnzimmer, aus denen man auch allein wieder aufstehen konnte! Welch ein Segen! 2 Schlafzimmer oben mit Meeresrauschen und abends angeleuchtetem Elektroleuchtturm - ein Traum. Unsere Dackelhündin war auf Du und Du mit dem zutraulichen Gartenkaninchen. Wir haben schon wieder gebucht!
