Our spacious ground floor apartment is equipped with a kitchen with dining area, a living room with flat-screen TV, two bedrooms each with two double beds 160x200 cm (new in 2017), a bathroom with shower, and a cloakroom. A separate entrance ensures plenty of privacy. There is a parking space in front of the house.

In the north of Porec, Gulici, you'll find our holiday apartment. Close to the center (about a 5-minute drive), yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The peaceful surroundings are equally popular among locals and holiday guests.
Nearby, there is a small supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and a hairdresser. The route to the nearest beach is just under 1.5 km.
Munich-Salzburg-Villach-Karawanken Tunnel-Ljubljana-Koper- direction Porec/Pula, border crossing Kastel, Istrian Motorway (Istarski Ipsilon-toll road), direction Umag/Pula, exit Visnjan/Porec sjever/north. After the toll booth turn right towards Porec, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Porec, at the next roundabout go straight ahead (2nd exit), after about 200 m turn left, locality Vranici, stay on this road for about 500 m, go straight until you reach the sign for Gulici, please turn left into Lindarska ulica, continue straight for about 180 m, turn right into Medulinska ulica, after 80 m on the left side you will see our holiday home Palma.
