The 10,000 m² property is partly laid out as a typical southern garden with a pond and palm trees, as well as old fig and wild olive trees.
One area is overgrown and borders a dried-up riverbed.

Sant Llorenc is an authentic Mallorcan village in the northeast of Mallorca. The nearest beaches are Cala Millor (13 km) and Cala Rajada (20 km). In between, you will find many small coves that are inviting for a swim. If you prefer a quiet and natural setting, you will particularly enjoy Son Serra de Marina or Cala Torta. The medieval town of Arta is especially worth a visit on market days.
