The exteriors are fantastic: go out to the terrace, have a BBQ, have breakfast under the furnished porch, swim in the 10 x 5 meters pool or sunbathe while the kids play around. There is a garage and parking space in the plot. Please mind that pets are not allowed.
The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space. You will be able to relax on the comfy sofa having a little nap or reading a book, or organize a meal with your family. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, toaster, juice maker, vitro, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and AC and one with two single beds. Both of them are spacious and have views to the countryside. There is a full bathroom.
You can park up to 5 cars outside and 2 in a garage.

The zone is particularly rural. In 2 km you can reach the centre of Binissalem where you will find all important amenities like supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and much more. The village counts with approximately 7.000 residents and has nice bars, restaurants and bodegas where you can taste the excellent wines of Binissalem. On Friday is market day in Binissalem, where you can buy fresh food like vegetables or other groceries like ecological eggs and cheese. If you come in September you will be able to enjoy the local celebrations!
In 30 km you will reach the centre of Palma. The capital is famous all over the world for its monuments, leisure activities, shops and cuisine.
In 25 minutes driving by car you reach the fine grained sand beach and the animated zone of Playa de Palma. If you prefer the mountains you could go to Puerto de Sóller, one of the most charming villages of the island and in the middle of the mountain chain Serra de Tramuntana. Furthermore, you will find lots of small bays with crystal clear water and good restaurants with lovely views there.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
