Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation we have to withhold the deposit. In case of last-minute cancellations, delayed arrivals or/and anticipated departures we charge the whole stay. With the payment of the deposit the general booking conditions, especially the terms of cancellation, are considered as understood and legally accepted. The general terms and conditions of trade are applicable according to the Civil Code of Italian Law. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano/Bozen (BZ).

Holiday destination
The chalet is located in a slightly elevated, central position with a charming view of the surrounding mountains and the municipality of Ortisei, on the sunny side of the Val Gardena. The lift facilities can be reached quickly and easily by public buses, some of which stop directly at the chalet. The centre of Ortisei, with its many shops and fantastic restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. A beautiful panoramic garden and two balconies offer you a wonderful view of the Val Gardena’s mountain landscape.
Getting there
The Mountain Chalet Ghilga is just a few minutes' walk from the village centre of Ortisei with all its wonderful shops and tempting restaurants. The quiet, sunny yet central location of the luxury chalet means you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to sports activities or relaxing holidays in the fresh, mountain air.
Your stay in the skiing hotspot, Val Gardena with the Sellaronda, begins at the cable car of Seceda, which is only 900 meters away from the chalet. You can reach the station easily and quickly thanks to a 2 minute bus connection and the subsequent escalators. The ski bus stop is directly in front of the chalet. Unforgettable winter pleasures are never too far away! Skiers, snowboarders, mountaineers and cross-country skiers will love the Val Gardena. The chalet is also accessible by car in winter. You can safely and comfortably park your vehicle in the heated garage.
In the summer, you can head off on foot or by bus to begin your hikes, mountain tours, climbing expeditions and walks in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. Many walking and hiking trails begin directly at the front of the chalet. The popular "Promenade", which connects the three villages of Ortisei, Santa Cristina and Selva, is found right at the front of the house. During the summer months, guests can relax in the cosy panoramic garden overlooking the Sassolungo mountain range. The garden has sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue for guests to use.
In both summer and winter, we offer our guests the "Val Gardena Mobil Card" free of charge. This enables guests to use the local buses for free.
