Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates (cancels) the contract before arrival, without naming a substitute who can take over the contract at the same conditions, the following rates are to be paid minus the saved expenses, if the property cannot be re-rented:
Cancellation
* up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
* up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 90% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

The city of Kappeln is 3 km away, with shopping and leisure options and its port.
Lovers of nature and hiking will find plenty to see in the unique Geltinger Birk nature reserve, right on the sea.
There is a celebration nearly every weekend or music and art events in the cities of Flensburg, Schleswig and Eckernförde.
Getting there
By car via the A7 to the Eckernförde exit, then to Kappeln. Turn onto the B199 and turn left at the industrial park (Knutzen furniture store) and continue to the roundabout. Then follow the signs to Wittkiel or Sterup and cross through the village of Wittkiel. After the exit sign for the village turn left in the curve into the Wittkeilhofstrasse. After about 100 m you'll drive left into the driveway (veterinary practice).

We (my husband and I) live on a farm with a veterinary practice. We are joined by two horses and a cat. Because our children moved out long ago, we have been renting an apartment to holiday guests for more than 10 years.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Familie Vierling ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie, man hat seine Ruhe und kann wunderbar ausspannen. Alles wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Meine Frau und ich waren bereits mehrere Male hier im Landhaus bei Familie Vierling in Urlaub. Es gefällt uns bei jeden Mal besser. Ohne Straßenlärm kann man die natürliche Umgebung ganz entspannt genießen. Die verschiedenen Ostseestrand-Abschnitte sind im Durchschnitt mit dem PKW in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Aber selbst die Fahrt dorthin ist durch die Landschaft anregend und entspannend.
Das Ehepaar Vierling ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat für die eine oder andere Rückfrage immer Zeit und ist bei Problemen immer hilfsbereit.
Es war nicht unser letzter Urlaub im Landhaus Wittkiel.
Wie gesagt: Für uns ist diese Zeit Urlaub pur.
