The dune villa is fully equipped and has a cozy, bright living room with comfortable seating and a dining table, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 2 or 3 single beds and a shower/WC.
Of course, the beds are made upon arrival and there are towels at hand. There is a garden terrace next to the house inviting you to relax. You simply pack your bag, we take care of the rest.

Kijkduinpark is a lively family park by the sea.
From this green park, directly on the dunes, the beach is within easy walking distance and a cozy restaurant terrace, beautiful playgrounds and an indoor swimming pool are just a few of the numerous leisure facilities that Kijkduin has to offer. Since the park is traffic-calmed, the children can play outside.

If you have to cancel your booking due to circumstances, always do so before 3:00 PM and by e-mail. You can send your cancellation to kussengevecht@outlook.com. Do not forget to mention the name of the person who made the booking and the arrival date. As stated in our general rental conditions, there are costs associated with cancelling a booking.
* If you cancel less than 24 hours after our booking confirmation no costs are involved.
* In case of cancellation up to 63 days before the day of arrival, 35% of the rental price will be charged.
* In case of cancellation from 63 days before the day of arrival, 95% of the rental price will be charged.
* In case of cancellation from 7 days before the date of arrival, in case of late arrival or in case of early departure, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
