Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel your booking due to circumstances, always do so before 3:00 PM and by e-mail. You can send your cancellation to kussengevecht@outlook.com. Do not forget to mention the name of the person who made the booking and the arrival date. As stated in our general rental conditions, there are costs associated with cancelling a booking. * If you cancel less than 24 hours after our booking confirmation no costs are involved. * In case of cancellation up to 63 days before the day of arrival, 35% of the rental price will be charged. * In case of cancellation from 63 days before the day of arrival, 95% of the rental price will be charged. * In case of cancellation from 7 days before the date of arrival, in case of late arrival or in case of early departure, 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Plastikgeschirr. Bei Ankunft nicht so sauber, ein paar Spinnen, Asseln und Silberfische, unter Betten teils nicht gesaugt. Wir sind aber nicht pingelig und haben uns daher nicht beschwert. Abwicklung bei Abreise schlecht, unfair: Duschabfluss sei verstopft, Haus n. besenrein - stimmt nicht, gesaugt/gekehrt, Abfluss lief beim letzten Duschen. Mückenflecken seien an der Wand, es gab aber gar keine im Winter! Grösstes Manko: 15min nach Abnahme kehrten wir zurück, da etwas vergessen wurde. Ein jetzt vorhandener Riss (ca. 3cm) im PVC-Boden, der uns beim Reinigen in jedem Fall hätte auffallen müssen, musste letztlich komplett und in völlig unangemessener Höhe von uns getragen werden, obwohl inzwischen dort aber die Putzfrau tätig war. Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit abschließendem sehr faden Beigeschmack.
