If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The town is near the centre of the island and you can easily reach interesting places like Randa and the Sanctuary of Cura, with amazing views. The nearest beach is about 20 km away but you will find many to visit like the dream-like beach of es Trenc or the little coves skirting the coast in the area of the Tramuntana mountain range.
