Enjoy a wonderful holiday for up to 7 people in our newly built holiday house with 120 square metres of living space. There's a large living-dining area with an inviting sofa suite, an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a gallery), 1 large bathroom with shower + bathtub, 1 WC, and a south balcony from which you can gaze out at some magnificent views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills and enjoy the morning sun. The Swedish wood-burning stove treats you to comforting warmth on cooler days.
An additional room for skis and bikes, etc., is also available. There's a car parking space available for you right next to the holiday house.
The house is located next to our farmyard where we operate our dairy farm business.
A large garden invites you to play and spend some time.
We are happy to offer you a bread and shopping service (with a full fridge when you arrive) so you can have a stress-free start to your holiday.
Products from our own farmyard are also available to you.

Reichersbeuern lies 4km to the south of Bad Tölz, 55km to the south of Munich and 12km to the east of Lake Tegernsee. It's also only 1 hour's drive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Tyrol and Munich.
The village is connected to the Bavarian Oberlandbahn railway service.
You have lots of great options of places to visit from here, e.g. lakes (Lake Tegernsee, Lake Walchensee,
Lake Starnberg, etc.), museums, zoos, toboggan runs (Blomberg, Ödberg with climbing adventure garden), castles and towns.
It's also a fantastic place for fans of the great outdoors.
To get here, take the A8 motorway from Munich - Salzburg, exit Holzkirchen, head towards Bad Tölz. Alternatively, take the A95 motorway from Munich - Garmisch, exit Wolfratshausen, head towards Bad Tölz.
