Cancellation policy
The holiday home contract is considered binding once the rental agreement provided has been signed by both the tenant and landlord. The holiday home is let to the tenant for the specified contract period and exclusively for holiday purposes. The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable. If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party. The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred. It is recommended that the tenants procure holiday cancellation insurance.

"Bärenwald-Müritz", Müritz Nationalpark (with a total surface area of 322 km²), Müritzeum in Waren (Müritz) - experience and understanding nature and much more. We highly recommend the Müritz app, and there is a folder in the holiday home which lists leisure opportunities and sights in the area.
Holiday destination
On the northern shore of the 117 km² Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake and located on the edge of a natural paradise, the Müritz National Park, lies the brine spa of Waren (Müritz). Its connection to the city port in the historic city centre, the shore promenades, the buzzing little streets, the various restaurants and shops as well as the locals as "hosts" make the special atmosphere is this spa town. Coming from the city centre you can reach our holiday home within approx. 10 minutes on foot.
Getting there
You can reach us by train (IC train station) as well as by car via the BAB A 19 (exits Waren or Röbel), A 20 and A 24. In Waren (Müritz) on the B192-Schweriner Damm turn at the crossing Strelitzer Straße / Dievitzer Straße abbiegen into Schützenstraße towards the Parkplatz am Friedhof parking lot. Take a turn from there into Werder Weg. You have now reached your destination.

In diesem Haus gibt es nichts was es nicht gibt. Top Ausstattung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Preis/Leistung passt, bei allem was vorhanden ist. Für uns ideal, da mit Sauna, Boot + eigener Steg, Garten, Terrasse, Fahrräder usw. Die Vorab-Informationen sehr ausführlich vermittelt, die kontaktlose Abwicklung perfekt organisiert. Umgebung super, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, mit einer großen Auswahl an Freizeit-Angeboten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und die Bilder es zeigen. Am aller besten war der eigene Steg am See, Füße reinhängen und Seele baumeln lassen :-) sowie die max. 10 Fußminuten in die Warener Altstadt. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst und Robby durften wir auch persönlich kennen lernen ;-) Kontakt zur Familie Mank war von Anfang bis Ende immer bestens und freundlich. Empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.
