At the heart of nature at Tiefwarensee and yet in close proximity (500 m) to the city centre - this is what makes our holiday home, which was refurbished in 2016, what it is. 2 people will easily have enough space in this 40m² holiday home and the 10m² "sea hut" at the lake, complete with bathing and boat jetty. Enjoy magical sunsets on this property facing westwards. You can decide if you want to unwind on the 20 m² terrace, the bathing jetty with bend, the outdoor seating arrangements right at the lake with Hollywood swing or deck chair on a well looked after green space. The property includes a rowboat for a maximum of 4 people (depending on the weather) and two bicycles. You can recharge your batteries in our newly-built Finnish sauna. Wifi included.

We highly recommend the Müritz app, and there is a folder in the holiday home which lists leisure opportunities and sights in the area.
On the northern shore of the 117 km² Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake and located on the edge of a natural paradise, the Müritz National Park, lies the brine spa of Waren (Müritz). Its connection to the city port in the historic city centre, the shore promenades, the buzzing little streets, the various restaurants and shops as well as the locals as "hosts" make the special atmosphere is this spa town. Coming from the city centre you can reach our holiday home within approx. 10 minutes on foot.
You can reach us by train (IC train station) as well as by car via the BAB A 19 (exits Waren or Röbel), A 20 and A 24. In Waren (Müritz) on the B192-Schweriner Damm turn at the crossing Strelitzer Straße / Dievitzer Straße abbiegen into Schützenstraße towards the Parkplatz am Friedhof parking lot. Take a turn from there into Werder Weg. You have now reached your destination.

The holiday home contract is considered binding once the rental agreement provided has been signed by both the tenant and landlord. The holiday home is let to the tenant for the specified contract period and exclusively for holiday purposes.
The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable. If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party. The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
It is recommended that the tenants procure holiday cancellation insurance.
The city of Waren charges a health resort tax (not included).
Checking in or out on public holidays is an additional € 60.
