The rustic 75m² non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor. It features a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, etc., as well as a cozy living room (connecting room to the triple bedroom) with a pull-out double sofa bed.
From the kitchen and living room, you have direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, we offer the convenience of two bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet and a smaller one with a bathtub) and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are furnished with parquet floors and solid wood furniture.
The ski bus can be reached in a 2-minute walk.

Our bedrooms are furnished with parquet floors and solid wood furniture. The triple room is equipped with local spruce wood. Completely new since November 2013 are the stone pine furniture in the double room. Stone pine grows in alpine high altitudes and contains essential oils that have a relaxing effect.
The head and foot sections of the slatted frames are adjustable.

The mountain village of Scheffau is located at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser and is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, and cycling tours. A swim in the nearby Hintersteinersee, one of the cleanest mountain lakes in Tyrol, promises pure refreshment!
In winter, you find yourself in Austria's largest connected ski area (Kitzbühel Alps, with over 90 lifts).
Ski tourers, cross-country skiers, snowshoe hikers, tobogganists, or winter hikers will also get their money's worth.
Exit the motorway at Kufstein Süd, head towards St. Johann, and after about 15 km turn left (signposted Scheffau).
