Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant The tenant may withdraw from the lease before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The relevant point in time is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal. If the tenant withdraws from the lease, they must pay a lump sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows: Cancellation 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 60.00 EUR) Cancellation 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter, in case of no-show: 80% The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord has suffered no damage or significantly less damage. Upon cancellation, the tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to take their place in the existing contractual relationship. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the lease, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The landlord is obliged to act in good faith to re-let an unoccupied property and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed. There is no entitlement to a reduction in the rental price if the tenant terminates the lease early (departure/break-off). The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

    Our holiday home La Luna is simply dreamy in terms of location, with views over the rooftops of La Pared to the sea, the mountains, and the beautiful sunsets, a guarantee for wonderful vacation days. The seaside resort La Pared, the only one in the Canary Islands!
    Getting there
    The easiest way is to fly from Germany and then book a rental car at the airport. La Pared is located in the south of Fuerteventura, near the tourist hotspot Costa Calma.

    Host informationWe fell in love with "our" island of Fuerteventura 12 years ago and it was love at first sight. As absolute beach lovers and water enthusiasts, Fuerte truly offers something dreamy. But good food, especially fish and seafood, is always a highlight, you just have to know where! However, after many years on the island, we have gained a lot of insider knowledge that we like to share with our guests.

    Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in La Pared. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das süße Café um die Ecke oder der (Surf-)Strand ein Stück weiter laden zum verweilen ein und sind perfekt zum abschalten, spazieren gehen und Sonne tanken. Zum Badestrand oder zu Restaurants ist es nicht weit aber ein Auto ist auf jedenfall notwendig. Thies Böker hat auch immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen!
