Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded minus the expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- for a cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation costs €50.00 and rebooking €25.00

Holiday destination
As mentioned, Julianadorp is located in the north of the North Holland province, where - statistically speaking - the most hours of sunshine are recorded in the Netherlands. The village is situated about 8 kilometers south of the small city of Den Helder, from where the ferry departs to the very beautiful Wadden Island of Texel.
30 kilometers to the south is the historic city of Alkmaar, known for its famous cheese market. In the city, you will also find many interesting shopping streets.
In the summer, the beach offers its guests a modern beach pavilion with a lifeguard. The beach and the sea are awarded for being very beautiful and clean.
Getting there
By car:
in the Netherlands towards Amsterdam, then towards Alkmaar, continue here on the N9 to Julianadorp.

Wir reisen seit Jahren immer wieder nach Julianadorp. Jedesmal ist es spannend, denn Bilder geben manchmal viel zu viel her.
Nicht in diesem Fall!
Villa Melissa ist noch schöner und großzügiger als man den Bildern entnehmen kann.
Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, sehr komfortabel, toll gelegen und für Teenager besonders wichtig: Top Internet!
In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Strand, zudem bietet der Park unzählige Möglichkeiten, seinen Urlaub aktiv zu gestalten.
Nun freuen wir uns auf das nächste Jahr und hoffen, Villa Melissa zu unsere Wunschzeit wieder besuchen zu können!
