The finca, built in 2000, is situated in the direction of Arta about 3 minutes from San Llorenc on a 7000 m² plot planted with oleander, palm and olive trees, citrus and fig trees. (The plot is for the mostly natural mediterranean landscape).
On the large lawn and terraces you can enjoy the tranquillity of this area.
From the upper balcony it is possible to look towards San Lllorenc, Arta, the mountains and the sea.
Furthermore, there is a 9 x 4 m² outdoor pool, a gas barbecue, sunbeds and plenty of seating available.
The finca has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, 1 of which has an en-suite shower room. Some bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and fly screens and air conditioning. The finca has 3 bathrooms, each with a shower.
The beautiful majorquin -style kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine at your disposal.
The cosy living room offers a fireplace, ceiling fan, satellite TV, and a sound bar allowing you to listen to music v ia smart phone, tablet, notebook or wifi. The large dining table accommodates up to 10 people.
No matter when you lan your vacation the finca provides everything you need to feel goodcomfortable, whether you are staying during the hotter or cololer season. During the winter the finca can be heated by underfloor heating or by radiators on the upper floor.
The finca is situated around 45 minutes away from the Port de Alcudia or from Palma airport. Although the property is not far from San Llorenc and the beaches, we recommend renting a car to explore the beauty of Mallorca. Everything you need during your stay can be found in nearby San Llorenc with larger supermarkets in Manacor or Sa Coma.
Daily needs can be found in San Llorenc.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement with the landlord.

Due to the location, you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the tranquillity of the finca in the garden and by the pool, explore artistic small towns such as Arta or San Llorenc, or prefer a bit more hustle and bustle in the lively town such as Cala Millor. Everything is on the doorstep.
Golf enthusiasts will find several golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

Travellers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise they will not receive a refund.
The arrival and departure can be postponed in your favour if no previous or subsequent tenant arrives.
Gas bottles can be exchanged by guests at the petrol stations.
