We offer you a holiday home in beautiful Darlingerode, only 3 km from Wernigerode. The holiday house offers enough space for 4-5 persons on 80 square meters.
The living room and the bedrooms have television. You can use wireless internet and Smart TV free of charge. There is also a spacious shower bath with WC.
It has a spacious living room with open kitchen.
From there you have direct access to your own garden via the covered terrace.
The cottage is situated on our farm, but has a separate and enclosed entrance.
Beside our shepherd dog Jessi we also have some sheep, chickens and geese.
We have been there for you since October 2016 and look forward to your visit.
The garden is enclosed by a 1.3 metre high fence and is also suitable for large dogs.
You can also buy fresh eggs and sausage specialities.

Directly behind the holiday home there is a large meadow.
It is well suitable for a walk with a dog, but also as a starting point for hikes through the Harz mountains.
The small toboggan run there is especially popular with children in winter. On well marked hiking trails you can hike to Wernigerode, Ilsenburg, Plessenburg or Brocken.
In the village you will find: a bakery, a butcher, Netto's discount grocery, playgrounds, a sports field, restaurants, a hairdresser, doctors, an EC cash machine and a swimming pool.
From Magdeburg/Goslar: On the highway "B6n" in the direction of Wernigerode.
Exit Wernigerode Nord, in the direction of WR Nord West/Schierke to the traffic light crossing "Hasseröder Brauerei." Continue right in the direction of Darlingerode. Enter Darlingerode take the 1st street left over a railway bridge. After the bridge, turn into the 3rd street and at the end of the street you have reached your destination. You will see the yellow house in Gartenstraße 18. Behind the house you will find the holiday home that you have booked.

The tenant can cancel the contract up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. In case the property is not rented, 20% of the total rental amount will be charged. If the contract is cancelled within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount must be paid, unless subletting is possible under the same conditions. In this context we would like to advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
The cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord.
Visitor's tax : 2,50 €/day for adults as of January 1, 2018 (not included in rental price)
Children from 0 to 16 years of age do not pay visitor's tax.
