After having received your rental car at the airport, drive to „salida“,
take left lane to Cádiz / Sevilla AP4/A4 - after the bridge, take the 2nd exit in the roundabout to AP4 / A4 Jerez / Cádiz
after 2 km keep left on A 4 in the direction to Cádiz and don’t take AP4 (AP4 is costly and time-consuming), keep on A 4 to „El Puerto / Cádiz“,
40 km from the airport, the highway A4 will split: take left lane here A 48 to Chiclana / Algeciras,
After another 14 km (55 km from airport) please take exit No. 15 to Conil/ El Colorado , on N 340, in the roundabout turn left (take the 3rd exit) to Conil / El Colorado, after another 1.6 km (58 km from airport), turn right in the 3rd roundabout to Urb. Roche.
You will drive 5 km through pine trees;
After the remaining 3 km (63 km from airport): Entrance to Urbanización Roche with open „gate“. Caution: right after the entrance, severe bumps will kill your frontspoiler - drive slowly…
After 500 m at the roundabout turn left 90° into Av. Austria, right after 100 m turn right into Av. Andorra, after 150 m: Nr. 25 on the right side of the street.

Prior to the beginning of the rental period, tenants have the right to cancel the rental agreement. It is explicitly recommended to negotiate a travel cancellation insurance with a (third) insurance company. Both contractual partners agree upon the following regulation, independent of the reason for the cancellation: If the tenants cancel by written message > 90 days prior to arrival, 30 % of the total rental charge / between 90-60 days 50 % will be withheld by the landlords / between 60-30 days 70 % and later than 30 days prior to the arrival date 90 % of the total rental charge have to be payed. The tenants have the right to prove, that the real disadvantage on landlords` side is lower.
Youngest tenant must be 35 years or older, not available for Twen-/Surfer- or party groups
Own solar power (max. 5 kW daytime) included - only addicional consumption of electricity costs.
