Cancellation policy:
An unpleasant topic, but I must mention:
Trip cancellation requires written notification.
It is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival (day of booking), except for the reservation deposit.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the renter has to pay a cancellation fee of 85% of the agreed rental price.
In case of non-arrival without cancellation we charge 100% of the agreed rental price.
Please consider trip cancellation insurance.

West coast park, BG Rehabilitation and North Frisia Clinic are in the immediate vicinity. Tram line, Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, drink shop, Räucherscheune (smoked fish and meat shop) all nearby.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Bei unserer Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank gefüllt!

Nun schreiben wir endlich unsere Bewertung.
Frau Nissen hatten wir schon 2023 bei einem Besichtigungstermin der Wohnung kennengelernt und waren uns da schon einig, diese Wohnung gleich für 2024 für unseren Sommerurlaub mit unserem Beagle-Mädchen Josy zu buchen.
Ein toller Aufenthalt, bei dem es an nichts fehlte. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
