Vor und neben dem Haus finden Bauarbeiten statt. Vom frühen Morgen bis spät in die Nacht werden Tischlerarbeiten, Grabarbeiten, Vibrationsplatten und Schreinerarbeiten rund um das Haus durchgeführt. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen macht keinen Spaß.

Das Haus selbst ist schön und ordentlich und liegt an schönen Wanderwegen.
