Wir haben schon oft ein Haus über Belvilla gemietet und sind immer mit der Qualität der Häuser zufrieden. Bis auf dieses letzte Haus. Darüber sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Aber wir haben mehr als 2700 Euro bezahlt!
Konkret gibt es folgende Beschwerden:
-Geruch:
Als wir ankamen, war die Putzfrau noch mit ihrem Hund am Putzen. Das Haus roch nach Rauch und Tieren. Später stellte sich heraus, dass der Staubsaugerbeutel voller Zigarettenkippen war. Da wir keine neue Tasche hatten, konnte sie nicht ersetzt werden.
-Zu klein
Das Haus bietet laut Beschreibung Platz für 14 Personen. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort. Und der Wohnraum ist für 10 Personen viel zu klein. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer ist für 10 Erwachsene zu eng.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein durchgesickertes Ecksofa, auf dem man sich nicht wohl fühlt. Außerdem Sessel, in denen meine beiden Eltern, 80 Jahre alt, nicht richtig sitzen konnten. Sie mussten das ganze Wochenende auf den Hochstühlen sitzen.
Darüber hinaus haben sie Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen. Dann sind sowohl die Treppe hinauf als auch die Treppe hinunter zu steil und zu gefährlich.
-Schwimmbad ist klein und kalt
Das Schwimmbad sieht auf dem Foto zu schön aus. Die Abmessungen stimmen, aber von einem Schwimmbad kann man hier nicht sprechen. Dies ist ein verherrlichtes Bad eines Badezimmers. Außerdem sollte das Wasser 27 Grad haben, aber es waren nur 22 Grad.
-Münzsystem nicht für ein Luxushaus geeignet
Die Verwendung der Münzen war bekannt. Aber wir finden es unglaublich, dass man für so ein Haus so viel bezahlt und dann am Ende noch 40 Euro extra zahlen muss, weil man die 14 enthaltenen Münzen aufgebraucht hat.
-Betten
Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über elektrische Betten, von denen einige nicht funktionieren. Die Betten sind für die Qualität von Belvilla viel zu hart (sehr dünne Matratze). Auch die Nachttischlampen wirken luxuriös, funktionieren aber oft nicht.
-Toilette
Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss ist für Personen über 1,65 zu klein. Außerdem ist die Brille lose. Eine Alternative besteht darin, die Toilette im Erdgeschoss zu benutzen, was jedoch für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht möglich ist
-Licht
Im Erdgeschoss flackern die Scheinwerfer.
-Vernachlässigt
Es gibt viele hässliche Flecken an den Wänden, Löcher, der Putz blättert ab. Das Ganze macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
Kurz gesagt: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (über 2700 Euro!!) stimmt nicht und das kennen wir nicht von Belvilla. Wir haben uns für Belvilla entschieden, weil wir wissen, dass wir gute Häuser haben. Darauf können wir uns verlassen. Und jetzt bekommen wir das! Skandalös. Das Haus wird als „Villa“ beworben, ist es aber nicht. Ich denke, die Leute werden in die Irre geführt.
