This modern holiday flat in Kappl is ideal for a family and offers space for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. Its location close to the Kappl ski area in the Paznaun Valley makes the flat a perfect place for ski lovers. It also offers a ski boot warmer.

Ski lift and ski bus are only 100m from the flat to reach Kappl im Paznauntal. You can stock up on the essentials in a grocery shop 300 metres away. The nearest restaurants are 50 metres from the accommodation. The swimming pool is 8 km away and you can also enjoy the water park in See.
