Finca Julia promises you a nice and comfortable stay. Here, you will find all the comforts of home. The finca has luxurious furnishings and amenities with all the extras you can think of, and it offers space for 4-6 guests (with 3 sleeping spaces on the gallery level, it can accommodate a total of 9 people).
You will feel pampered in this house with its 1000m² large, beautifully invested garden with numerous seating corners, tall palm trees and lots of Mediterranean plants; and the 4-metre high oleander bushes that surround the property guarantee privacy. The pool area is secluded as well, and the 10x5m pool is big enough to swim lengths.
The finca features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a grill area with a gas barbecue, a utility room with washer and dryer, an outdoor sauna, a carport and a dining pavilion.
The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with electric heating, the bedrooms have air conditioning and the fireplace in the living room spreads cosy warmth in the winter months.
Excursion destinations and tours along the coast as well as in the hinterland of the Costa Blanca guarantee an attractive holiday programme.

The streets and paths around Dénia are mostly flat and therefore perfect for cycling. This makes the bicycle a great mode of transport when it comes to your daily trips. Of course you can also explore the surrounding area by bike. Mountain bikers enjoy the mountains that surround Dénia.
Finca Julia is located in Torre Carrals, a district of the popular Spanish holiday destination Dénia. This district is known for its rural character and the typical Mediterranean flair.
Although tucked away from the main tourist sites in the city centre, the idyllic residential area is centrally located: 3 km to the nearest beautiful beach, 3 minutes by car to the nearest motorway access, and within a short drive (about 10 min.) to Dénia. Being surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and orange groves will put you in a holiday mood as soon as you arrive.
The most convenient way to travel to Dénia is by plane. The nearest airports are Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport. Both airports are linked to Dénia via the motorway A-7. Take exit 62 (towards the town centre). From Ondara, you can take the national road N-332 to Dénia. Alternatively, one can take the train to Alicante or Valencia. Ferries run between the port of Dénia and the Balearic Islands.
