Description

This comfortable and inviting villa is located near the centre of beautiful Stavelot, as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The villa is spread out entirely on one storey and offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a tastefully furnished interior. The rooms circle the patio - a real skylight - where there's a decorative pond and aquatic plants.
The villa is surrounded by a huge green garden with a 1.7 m deep swimming pool, a large lawn and swing for children.

There are countless activities nearby. Must-visits include exploring the town of Stavelot and its abbey, Coo waterfall, Plopsa park for children and the countless walks or bike rides in the Ardennes countryside (note: there is a well-maintained bike path that passes 400m from the house and which takes you all the way to Germany!). In winter, ski slopes are just a few kilometres away.

Note that a factory near the villa occasionally makes a quick noise (except for evenings and weekends) that you will hear from the garden; this, however, will not affect your stay in any way.

Fantastisches Haus mit großem Garten und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist ideal für eine große Familie oder mit Freunden. Ein Badezimmer verfügt über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, beide Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt außerdem über zahlreiches Geschirr und Zubehör, um den Tisch schön zu decken. Wir haben die Villa von Freitag bis Montag gebucht. Eigentlich sollte das Schwimmbad an diesem Wochenende geschlossen sein, aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer war die Nutzung kein Problem. Darüber hinaus waren wir am Freitag deutlich vor der Startzeit anwesend. Auch das war kein Problem. Die Villa ist ordentlich, geräumig und alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil, der mir einfällt, ist, dass es durch das nahegelegene Industriegebiet zu Belästigungen kommen kann. I.v.m. Über das Wochenende haben wir erst am Montagmorgen etwas davon gehört.
