Schreckliches Ferienhaus, das Badezimmer stinkt enorm, voller Schimmel, der Boden lässt einen beim Betreten fast zusammenbrechen, der Garten für den Hund ist nicht da, Flecken im Bett und Sofa, Mikrowelle/WLAN/TV funktioniert nicht und die Pfannen und die Töpfe hingen noch, das Essen der vorherigen Gäste ist noch vorrätig, eine Wiederholung lohnt sich also sicher nicht

Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Das Bett ist nicht benutzbar. Die Matratze ist total verdreckt und auch die Bettdecke und das Kissen sind sehr mit Flecken verschmutzt. Leider habe ich bis heute Abend keine Abhilfe bekommen von ihrem SOS Team. Allgemeiner Zustand ist ziemlich schlecht. Viele Spinnweben und unsaubere Wände. Ich hoffe auf eine Reaktion von Ihrer Seite.
