Über das Haus kann ich viel sagen. Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus, in dem in unserem Fall problemlos 13 Erwachsene und 9 kleine Kinder Platz fanden. Das Haus liegt in einer grünen Umgebung in der Nähe mehrerer Wälder, die zum Spazierengehen einladen, und nur eine kurze Autofahrt von schönen Städten wie Gent und Brügge entfernt. Unsere Kinder liebten es, im Haus herumzulaufen und in den verschiedenen Räumen und mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen und Stofftieren zu spielen. Die Küche war gemütlich und hatte mehr als genug Teller, Gläser, Besteck usw. Insgesamt haben wir unsere gemeinsame Zeit hier genossen. Allerdings gibt es durchaus auch viel Raum für Verbesserungen. Erstens ist dieses Haus nichts für die gepflegten Freaks unter uns, und das ist eine Untertreibung. Es ist bis zum Rand mit Zeug gefüllt und einfach nicht sehr sauber. Abgesehen vom Staub fanden wir alte Kekse unter den Betten, Bonbonpapier in Beistelltischen und schmutzige Wattestäbchen. Viele der Matratzen sind sehr alt und haben Löcher und eines der Betten ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auseinandergefallen.
