Sehr gut ausgestattete und räumliche Aufteilung der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Leider muß man für alle Unternehmungen das Auto nehmen. Spaziergang mit Hunden schwierig. Leider befindet sich die Terrasse ein Stockwerk höher und ist in einem mehr als ungepflegten Zustand. Ich habe mich nicht auf die Sitzpolster gesetzt, vor lauter Ekel. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert, wenn die Terrasse gereinigt und ein wenig renoviert wird.
