Spend a lazy afternoon in the mediterranean garden with fish pond, flowers and shady areas. Have a cool drink at the bar while the kids are romping around the playground. The 9 m x 5 m salt pool with a depth between 1.2m to 2.2m is totally private. If you fancy basking in the sun, you can relax on eight sun loungers. Besides, there's an exterior shower. A breakfast on the porch is a leisurely affair and later you may fancy a self-made barbecue and sharing stories with your friends around the table. This distinctive villa is in a quiet zone with a few neighbours around.
The interiors of this two-storey villa offer a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room with great attention to detail and open to the kitchen. Meet your friends for a dinner or watch a film on the satellite-TV. The cottage-style kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and household appliances. There is a toilet on the ground floor. A stone-built staircase is at the same time a chic place for the wine bottles and leads you to the first storey where you'll find three stylish bedrooms with A/C. There are two chambers with one double bed each and one with two single beds. One of the double bed chambers has also an en suite bathroom with an independent bathtub and shower. Another shower bath is on this floor for the rest of the bedrooms. If you travel with your baby, we'll supply a cot and a high chair. A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board can be find in the laundry room.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
