Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

(2) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the advertiser.

Quiet, sunny and secluded location, ca 3 km to the sea and center of Tucepi for those who run away from city noise and mass tourism. For the nature-friends and for active holidays. Near the house there are several restaurants. Tučepi is a popular tourist destination, not far from the famous Makarska. It is known for the longest and most beautiful beach on the Makarska Riviera (longer than 4 km), along which runs a beautiful promenade in the shade of tamarisk and pine trees.
This is an ideal destination for families with children who are free to indulge in sea life, as well as for the younger population, who can enjoy first-class nightlife in neighboring Makarska.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is situaded beautifully secluded in the mountains and it was such a calm and relaxing environment. Our host was so welcoming and attantive and quick to reply to our questions. There is a supermarket 5 min drive away and scenic hiking routes nearby as well as restaurants within walking distamce with a beautiful view. Would gladly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from the crowd.

A peaceful piece of paradise at the foot of the Biokovo mountains and just a few minutes from the beaches of the Makarska Riviera. The accommodation is pure bliss for those who love the tranquility of a mountain hamlet, the vegetation of the garden is lush and maintained with care and love by the owner who is adorable. We 100% recommend this accommodation. We will be back.
