Holiday destination
The alpine health resort of St. Märgen lies at 850 m above sea level in the middle of the Black Forest, just 20 minutes by car to Freiburg, 15 minutes to Titisee and 30 minutes to Schluchsee. It is an ideal starting point from which to visit Europa-Park and explore Lake Constance, Alsace and Switzerland. There are wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The area has cross-country ski runs, ski lifts and a toboggan run. The village offers a range of shops and excellent local cuisine. A 4-star property with a dream terrace!
Getting there
Autobahn A5, Exit Freiburg north direction to Waldkirch then follow the signs to Glottertal. After Glottertal, passing Black Forest Clinic (Schwarzwald-Klinik) there is St. Peter. A short visit to the barock monestry of the 12th century is recommended. From St. Peter now you drive on the beautiful panorama street to St. Maergen. There you will have a free few to the Feldberg mountain.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, insbesondere das Bad und die beiden Wohnzimmer. Bereits das Frühstück mit einem romatischen Knistern im Kamin einzunehmen, war ein Genuss. Die heimilige Atmosphäre in der Wohnung wurde nur noch durch den Balkon getopt. Ein Mittagsschläfchen auf der mit einem Schaffell ausgelegten Liege liess die Seele auch im Februar baumeln. Die umfangreiche Ausstattung in der Wohnung sucht Ihresgleichen. Herr Andergassen ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sein Handwerk versteht. Er hat die Wohnung nicht nur sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sondern auch umfangreiches Infomaterial über alle erdenklichen Freizeitaktivitäten in und um St. Märgen erstellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich unseren nächsten Schwarzwaldurlaub wieder dort verbringen!

Schöne FeWo mit viel Charme und Liebe zu Details. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber nett empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Infos und Tipps versorgt. Die FeWo besticht mit ihrer tollen Aussicht, dem wohligen Kamin sowie dem großen Balkon und der Logia, die auch bei schlechtem Wetter zum draußen Verweilen animiert hat. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung auch in Schweiz und Frankreich zu erkunden. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
