Our house is situated in a very quiet Location, slightly outside the village Neuenkirchen, in the west of the Island Rügen.
The large property (13000m² hillside) extends to the water (Lebbiner Bodden) an has its own boat Bridge.

The surrounding wonderful nature with fields, forrest and Bodden is ideal for long walks, bycicle or boat trips.
Scotish Highland Cattle, sheep, horses and chicken complete the rural neighborhood.
In the neat village with its picturesque thatched Roof Cottages you will find a small grocery shop for the daily Needs. The village inn offers fresh regional fish and other tasty dishes.

In the case of cancellation , the following costs due (percentage of the total Price):
25% for cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival, 50% for periods of 28 to 14 days and 100% for cancellations within the last 14 days before the start of the rental period or in case of non-appearance.
If we can re-let the apartment for the booked period, only a charge of 25, - € is due.
Electricity is billed at 40Ct per kWh because the sauna is heated with electricity
bed linen and kitchen towels are included, towels for your personal use have to be brought with you
