Cancellation policy
The owner will always permit a valid cancellation. The cancellation declaration must be made in writing. The validity date is the date the owner receives the cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the guest must pay damage compensation for any expenses made. The owner will charge the following flat fee cancellation costs, taking into consideration the saved expenses and possible re-renting of the property. The amount of the compensation is determined by the nearness of the cancellation to the agreed arrival date and is broken down as follows: a) for cancellation up to 50 days before arrival, 30% of the total price. b) for cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before arrival, 50% of the total price. c) for cancellation from the 29th day to the day of arrival, 95% of the total price.

Getting there
You can reach us by car easily via the A20 toward Stralsund. Then cross the Rügen bridge toward Bergen and then follow the 196 to the Baltic resort of Göhren.
