Cancellation policy

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Comments

In July and August, arrivals are on Saturday and departures on Friday or Saturday. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31. Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Holiday destination

Valldemossa is a really charming village with narrow stone streets, with many balconies full of flowers and flowerpots, cafeterias and artisan products shops. It is also gastronomically well-known because of its typical “coca de patata”, which can be tasted with a hot chocolate. Do not miss a breakfast like that in one of the village terraces! In that zone, there are some rocky beaches or small pebble beaches with crystal-clear waters that are must-do beaches. Among these beaches, we suggest you going to the next ones: Puerto de Valldemossa, Cala Deià, Port des Canonge or Llucalcari. If you would rather go to sandy beaches, the one in Palma is at about 20 minutes driving.
